OurLead ("we," "us") operates OurLead to connect homeowners with local service providers. You can reach us at hello@ourlead.co.

Information you submit in a request form: your name (if provided), your contact details (phone and/or email), your preferred contact method, and a description of the work you need.
The service and city your request is for.
Your consent to be contacted (the consent text shown at the form, the timestamp, and the channel you chose), which we store with your request.
Basic technical data (e.g., approximate location from your IP) used only to show you nearby cities. We do not use it to make decisions about you.

To connect you with one local provider who can contact you about your request, by the channel you chose.
To operate, secure, and improve the service.

We share your request with one local provider at a time so they can contact you. We do not sell your information or broadcast it to a list of companies.
We use service providers (hosting, email/SMS delivery, payment processing) only to run the service, under their own terms.
We may disclose information if required by law.

You can ask the provider to stop contacting you at any time — tell them directly (their texts come from their own phone), or email us at hello@ourlead.co and we'll make sure no further contact happens.
You can contact us at hello@ourlead.co to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law.

We keep request records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
